Here is another article about learning how to save money on gas. I am receiving alot of great ideas and recommendations that I will be researching. Thank you for all your help and I will continue to discuss this subject and more.
1 Avoid High Speeds
While your pace increases, your aerodynamic drag grows in an exponential fashion. Driving 62 mph( 100 km / h) vs 75 mph( 120 km / h) will reduce energy usage by about Fifteen %.
2. Do Not Accelerate or Brake Hard
Simply by anticipating the traffic and applying slow constant acceleration and braking, gas economy may improve by as much as Twenty %. Wow, this one tip will save money on gas considerably.
3. Keep Tires Properly Inflated
Maintain tire air pressure at the amount endorsed by your car maker. A single tire under inflated by Two PSI, increases fuel consumption by One %.
4. Use A / C Sparingly
When the air conditioner is on it places additional load on the motor forcing extra fuel to be used( by approximately 20 %). The defrost position on many automobiles additionally uses the air conditioner.
5. Have Windows Shut
Windows open, particularly at highway speeds, enhance drag and result in reduced fuel economy of up to Ten %.
6. Service Vehicle Regularly
Correct maintenance avoids poor gas economy connected to dirty air filters, old spark plugs or low fluid levels.
7. Employ Cruise Control
Building a constant rate over long distances often saves gas.
8. Avoid Heavy Loads
Remove the sand bags from your trunk in the spring and pack lightly for long trips.
9. Avoid Long Idles
When you anticipate being stopped for more than 1 minute, shut off your vehicle. Restarting the auto uses less energy than allowing it idle for this time.
10. Buy a Fuel Efficient Automobile
When purchasing a brand new vehicle look at the vehicle's rated fuel efficiency. Usually picking a small vehicle with a manual transmission will provide you with great fuel economy.
These days it is crucial to learn how to save money on gas.
Work At Home Common Sense
This will give you some common sense about working at home, no matter if you want a business at home or a job at home. Making money at home can be very rewarding if you find your place.

Electric component Drive/Assist. The electric motor provides added power to assist the engine in accelerating, passing, or hill climbing. This allows a smaller, more efficient engine to be used. In some vehicles, the component single-handedly provides power for low-speed driving conditions where internal combustion engines are least efficient.

MLM And Recession
Network Marketing-Recession Proof?
The United States economy is falling apart due to mortgage meltdowns, credit and rising fuel costs that are causing great concern worldwide. Fears are that a U.S. economic dive will hurt the entire world economy.
U.S. and worldwide, everyone is beginning to worry. Once they start worrying, they quit spending money. This "sense of fear" causes bigger recessions. I'm not saying there is going to be a depression, which is much worse than a recession. What I am seeing, based on surveys conducted by many companies (which have proved exceedingly accurate over the past 20 years), is higher unemployment and under employment - qualified people forced to work for less money than their qualifications would warrant.
MLM- How Does It Measure Up?
Most economic theories holds that there tends to be a recession about every 8 years. The entire history of the modern U.S.A. reflects this boom-and-bust cycle. Consistently, Network Marketing (MLM) has grown during these Times.
The oldest MLM company is the marine-vegetable (seaweed) supplement company, Wachter's, started in 1937 near the bottom of the Great Depression. Nutrilite took off in 1945 during the economic decline immediately following World WarII. Shaklee and Neolife fared well in the post-Korean Warslump. Amway started building well with the slump in 1958. Mary Kay started with the downturn in the 1960s. This theory held true in 1992 when Alliance, Kaire, Life Plus, and a number of other companies started up and boomed.
Others like Herbalife went into hyper growth due to the same recession and became billion dollar companies.
When recession hits, those with any "business sense" are going to scramble to find alternative sources of income. In their frantic searches, they are going to find that the best of all alternatives is Network Marketing.
Understanding the relationship between low-cost entrepreneurship and economics is important. During the past few years, the world economic boom has made people complacent. In the U.S., the jobless rate dropped to all-time lows of less than five percent. People had to be sick, lame, or lazy not to get a job. Hamburger flippers got higher-paying jobs, such as assembly work, and their incomes rose. Rather than looking for an alternative to a job or seeking extra income, these folks sat around and watched tv.
When recession hits, you are going to find that the best alternative is MLM, also known as Network Marketing.
Over the years many companies that were just making it or even doing well saw great growth when the recession came, they took off like rockets!
During the early 2000's recession (November 2001), MLM company growth rates jumped higher than they were before the recession. This was due to two reasons:
(1) Fear leads people to new income sources and they WORK the opportunity, not watch TV.
(2) The doubt of the recession lingers in the minds of people so there is an "after effect".
(3) During the recession companies grew, recruiting more new people that lead to exponential growth and expansion
One reason for the growth in Network Marketing is that many Baby-Boomers have put their life savings into the stock-market. With the market's shaky up and down spirals, many Baby Boomers are slowing their high-flying, fast-spending ways due to meager savings except for shaky stocks. With the inevitable, decline of the stockmarket, they will see their retirement plan funds lose drop in value.
Will panic will follow?
We hope not! But, Baby Boomers with good sense will be looking for more ways to build a secondary residual retirement income. A common phrase today is, "multiple streams of income."
Hold your breath and prepare for the next boom in NetworkMarketing. If you are new to MLM, study the industry closely. If you are an old-timer, get out your contact lists for the last two to ten years. In a recession, they will be solid gold! All you have to do is get out there and help people out of their economic troubles.
Timing Is Everything
This is the best time to grow your Network Marketing business. Whether you are a veteran or a beginning network marketer, the future is bright. With the millions of new people coming online every day and the economic troubles, this the the all time greatest moment to work from home.
Recession causes people to open their minds to working from home. If they are still employed, they are worrying about the possibility of losing their jobs or having them downgraded. These are the times to look for fast, cheap and"stay-at-home" alternatives.
MLM - Network Marketing?
This field is the last way for a average person to make a above average income, part-time or full time.
MLM - Network Marketing is the ultimate"recession-proofing" for your economic life.

Starting An Online Business
So you want to start an internet business?
You probably want to put together a web-based store or use a drop shipment company to start and/or supplement your beginnings of this entrepreneurial pursuit. What you are going to sell and how are big questions. In deciding which products to sell one must look objectively at the current market, the changing trends and the availability of products.
Many items that can be found by going to your local store are not items that will successfully sell online. Why? It is a matter of convenience. No hassles of internet shopping, no shipping fees. No delayed deliveries because of the “We do not ship to PO Boxes” not being read. No chance of items becoming lost during the transit time. Items that can be found readily in town, offer the satisfaction of immediate gratification. A good idea is to choose products that are not currently the hot item on the market, as the bigger conglomerates will already offer these items at a cost to the consumer that is cheaper than yours - simply because they can buy in bulk, whereas you may not be able to. Successful internet sales are full of items of special orders and hard-to-find items, such as a specific style of clothing.
Successful internet sellers and resellers do research into market trends. What sold yesterday in the “town & convenience” market may now sell well on the internet as it becomes less and less available in the quick stop shopping mode. A good researcher will include surveying individual geographical areas to see what is available and what isn’t and choosing their products accordingly.
Antiques and knick-knacks are often seen for sale via internet stores. Traditional antique stores carry what they seem to run across, while internet antique stores have a much broader selection as they can tap into many more resources. They can also obtain items more quickly than the traditional store can. As for knick-knacks, there are very few stores out there that specialize in having an inventory of knick-knacks, and the world is full of people who have, want or collect knick-knacks. And what better way to find a quick variety than the internet. Lastly, keep in mind that just because you or a few of your friends may like a specific item does not mean a bunch of consumers will share your views. Cater to consumer trends, lack of availability, specialized products and the old standby of oldies but goodies, and your internet business should do well. You will be constantly changing inventory so be prepared and watch, closely, all the factors that come into play with consumer purchases.
Hope this helps you in your quest of starting an online business.

Whatever the reason, there are concerns about starting an online business expressed by budding entrepreneurs. Here are ten of those concerns that rank among the top.
1. How do I get started? You may have an idea but that is not going to get you on the Internet. An online presence is required to begin a business that uses the Internet as its base. People have to be able to see you.

If you plan to upload pictures, open a virtual store, play videos, and more, you will need a web host which can expand your space as you need it. Don’t just choose the cheapest host. Look for one which will meet your needs now and as your business grows.
7. How long will it take to make money? That is up to you. In order for people to know that your services are available, write a detailed marketing plan so that once your website is up, you can begin implementing your plan.
8. Is website rank important? It is very important. Most people including myself don’t look past the first page of results for a web search. You want your website to come up somewhere on that first page so you will get noticed.

Work At Home, What Will I Do?
What Is Work At Home?
Have you ever thought about that question? Do you know what
working at home means?
This might seem like a strange question but I talk to people
everyday that have opted in, in some form or fashion such as a
home business survey, to find out about working at home.
Then get pounded with calls and/or emails about Muti- level
marketing. Most people associate these with pyramid scams.
I am not here to debate if MLM is good or bad. My point is that
there are many ways to work at home, and I do not believe
there is one business or job at home that fits everyone. You
should know your options so you can make an informed decision
on what YOU want to do.
This can be anything from owning your own business to a job at
home and with many combinations and variations.
It's one thing to want to work at home and be your own boss. It's
completely another to know what kind of work at home business
you will do good with and enjoy. The best way of achieving success
with any work at home business idea is to find something that you
enjoy and are good at. Your skills and interests should influence
your decision the most.
Knowing what interests you and fires you up is usually how to
identify what direction to go. Being able to completely assess your
own skills isn't quite so easy because most people have a tendency
to underplay what they are capable of doing, whilst glossing over
things that they have little or no ability with what so ever! If you
want to create a profitable work at home business, this isn't going
to work. You need to complete an honest inventory of what skills
you have.
You can find out alot if you have some close friends, family and co-
workers give you their opinions on what they think you are skilled
in and where you are lacking. You will be surprised at some skills
that you did not know you had.
When you decide it's time to start seriously considering a work at
home business or job, set aside some time, maybe a couple of hours
or more, when you won't be disturbed, and sit down with a pen and
piece of paper. Make two columns down the center of the paper. At
the top of one column will be "Skills" and at the top of the second
column"Challenges". Now comes the tricky part. Seriously think
about your natural abilities, skills and education and make a note of
every positive attribute you possess in the"Skills" column. Make sure
you include things such as an ability to write, manage, adapt to new
things, find bargains etc. And don't forget the answers your friends and
so on listed.
Once this list is complete, turn your attention to the things that you
aren't so good at and make another list identifying these points. Again
ask your friends, etc., if they agree with it, and if they can think of
anything you have missed. Often it's the people closest to us who are
able to identify our strengths and weaknesses easier than we can ourselves!
Now it's time to assess what kind of work at home business or job will fit.
For this to work you have to know what is involved in each work at home
opportunity.
Find as many different opportunities as possible and do your home work.
As for anything that is hard to identify exactly what you will have to do,
that is problably good reason to steer away from them.
All real, solid business models or jobs let you know what they are doing in
good detail. Some may require more effort to get all the information you
are looking for, but within reason. And by now you should have an idea
of at least what field or subject matter you are interested in.
It's human nature to spend more energy and time on the things you like
to do and enjoy, so this should start you out on the right track to work at home.
I want to thank everyone again for your feedback, all the phone calls, emails
and comments. I will get back to you and some of the subjects you wish me to
talk about soon.
Until then I hope you have a great day and much success working at home.
"When you know what you want, and you want it very much, you will most
certainly find a way."

Work At Home Common Sense
Common Sense About Starting A Business or Job At Home
This is a great time to start your own business, even if
you have never thought of yourself as an entrepreneur.
The economy is getting tighter, may companies are laying
people off, and a paycheck doesn't go as far as it used to.
Meanwhile, Internet businesses, (working at home) are
booming. We're also seeing record numbers of new
home-based businesses starting and succeeding. Getting
in on this trend now could be the smartest thing you do
in the year ahead.
Here are some common sense tips to help you pick the
right business, get off on a good foot, and succeed over
the long haul.
What Will You Do?
When making the decision to start a business or job at
home, you have to ask yourself, "what will I be doing?"
Are you going to buy into a business opportunity like
MLM or maybe an online store, or if a job at home where
do I find one.
Choosing Your Business
One of the reasons a great many businesses fail is the
owner jumped off into a field they didn't know much about.
Your best bet is to choose a business you have worked in as
an employee. Otherwise, plan to spend time researching
the topic in libraries and in conversations with people who
are already in your chosen industry.
What Will You Need To Start?
After you decide what to do, you will have to find out how
to do it. Do you have the knowledge, skills, resources,
equipment etc. The ones you donot have, you will have to
find or maybe outsource, to have someone else do it for
you. You might need a business mentor or sponser.
Part Time or Full Time?
You might have to plan on running your business part
time for a year while you keep a regular job. This may
seem like the slow way to get your project going, but a
regular paycheck will ensure you have plenty of time to
give your business its best shot at succeeding. Nothing
hurts a new business like expecting it to profit huge
amounts of cash within the first six months.
Once you figure out exactly what you will be doing, are
you willing to dedicate to it?
With A Business, How Will You Market It?
The key to your business success will likely be your ability
to market your products and/or services. Without marketing,
nothing sells. It helps if you set up your business from the
beginning with marketing in mind.
When you start a business, it is crucial to know your target
market and how you can reach them. A marketing plan can
help you create a positioning statement, identify your target
customers, and formulate strategies with corresponding time
lines on how you can reach them.
Be Determined
It doesn't matter what business you are in, there will be days
when you feel like you are spinning your wheels. Realize that
for every up trend there will eventually be a down trend.
When sales are slow or customers are difficult, remind yourself
that a turnaround for the best is always just beyond the bend.
Much of business success has to do with simply showing up for
work every day. When people see you or hear about you month
after month, then year after year, your consistent presence
builds customer confidence. Confidence turns into loyalty.
Repeat customers and good word of mouth will insure you get
repeat sales for as long as you own your business.
Whats Your Exit Strategy?
I am a firm believer of the saying, "you do not start out by
giving up", however a realistic and tangible exit strategy should
be a critical component of your business plan.
Thinking of an exit strategy while just starting a home business
is not about pessimism, rather it is about smart planning. Are
you planning to work your business into retirement? Do you
envision turning it over to your children? A long term strategy
will allow you to plan exactly how to reach the goals you have
set for yourself.
Doing your homework on any business or job at home is the
beginning of success. Working at home can be a great life style
but remember it is work. Do not get caught up in all the "get rich
quick " scams out there.
"the few who do are the envy of the ones that only watch"
I hope this gives you some direction and for all my many friends
online, and soon to be, I hope this is what you were expecting of
me and I will be giving you more. Watch your emails and I will let
you know more about what I have learned working at home.
